Logging In and Accounts
You can log in to the web application by navigating to https://ai-school-pro.web.app within a modern browser.
Mobile App
AI-School is also available as a mobile app. The app is optimized for use on tablets, phones, and small laptops, making it easier to open and use AI-School on different devices.
Layout and Menu
Navigation through the app takes place via buttons in the menu. After logging in, the layout is always the same: there is a taskbar at the top with buttons. On large screens, buttons are available at the top of the taskbar. These buttons largely disappear when the application is viewed on a phone. To the left of the logo is a hamburger icon. When you click on this, the menu buttons appear in the side menu.
Home Screen
Directly after logging in, you'll arrive at the home screen of AI-School.
Guides
On the home screen of AI-School, you'll find the 'Guides' tab on the right. These guides help you quickly get started with the most important features of the application and introduce you to new features.
Text to Image
With Text to Image, you create images directly from the dashboard based on a description. This is a direct input mode and therefore does not use automatic tool selection in the chat.
Text to Audio
With Text to Audio, you convert text into an audio file. This is useful for scripts, explainer videos, listening material, read-aloud texts, and language education.
Setting Preferences
After working within the application for some time, you will likely have developed a preference for a specific AI provider. You can set this provider as your default in preferences. The environment determines which current text and image models belong to that provider.
Set Theme
AI-School supports setting a light and dark theme.
Views and Visibility
AI-School adapts the application to your role, your environment, and your personal settings. As a result, it can happen that you do not see a button, model, tool, or connection, while someone else does.
Switching to AI-School
Are you switching from another AI system to AI-School? Then you usually cannot automatically transfer conversations, memory, gems, assistants, or custom GPTs. Some systems do offer an export, but it sometimes takes a while and is not directly suitable for import into AI-School.
Prompt engineering
Prompt Engineering simply means asking good questions to the AI. A prompt is your input with your question or request.
