In the management environment, school and board administrators see the school and board assistants, their own assistants, and the public assistants of colleagues. They can view, copy, and share these assistants. Board administrators can also make assistants available board-wide.

With the knowledge base, a school organization centrally provides reliable information. Administrators can publish links and knowledge documents. Published knowledge documents are also automatically searched when their content is relevant to a regular chat question.
