Managing Models
On the page Management Environment → AI Settings → Models, you decide which AI providers are available in the environment. Users then choose a preferred provider themselves under Preferences. The concrete models come from AI-School's central model catalog and are no longer manually chosen per environment from a models list.
System Prompts
The System Prompts tile in the AI Settings area lets you set default instructions that are automatically sent to the AI at the start of every conversation. System prompts guide the behaviour, tone, and boundaries of the AI for your specific environment.
Tools
The Tools tile in the AI settings area lets you configure which tools and integrations are available per AI provider. This determines which extra capabilities the AI can use in a conversation, such as web search, image generation, calculations, route planning, or saving information.
