Assistants, lessons and workflows

AI-School uses one consistent Angular Material design for cards, buttons and alignment, including dark mode.

Lessons are available only in AI-School and only to employees with the teacher role. A lesson can be created with AI or configured manually and then shared with student groups.
Cards can be organised in collections and dragged with the handle on the left. A card shows its title, description, modification date, characteristics and compact actions.
Manage shows the creator, sharing and usage. Other users’ conversations can never be opened.
Example workflows and custom workflows use the same design. Copy a workflow owned by someone else before editing it.
