Word templates with guidance: an administrator can set a few starter questions, fixed instructions, and knowledge sources for a Word template. You can then create a draft without a long prompt, review the filled-in and empty fields, and download a Word file in the existing formatting.

Desktop after sleep mode: when you open your laptop again, the app reconnects automatically. An answer that got stuck during sleep mode is asked again once.

Version in the desktop app: at the bottom of the profile menu, you can see which version you are using.

View: the views are called Getting Started and Default everywhere.

PDF files: regular PDFs are uploaded again through the file picker.

Recordings: students can see their recordings in the chat again.

Voice assistants: the warning about too much text in linked files works correctly again.

Guide: the version appears at the bottom of every page, and the texts have been updated for 4.0.
