v3.7.1
This small release bundles the improvements since 3.7.0 for AI-School, AI-Corporate, and AI-Public. The native mobile apps below are for AI-School; availability via TestFlight or the app store is separate from the web release.
-
Native AI-School for iPhone, iPad, and Android: chat, attachments with thumbnails, dictation, voice chat, and transcription. Recordings remain available locally if processing fails. Plaud can be used as a Bluetooth recording device; the regular transcription processing creates the text.
-
Audio and speech: improved processing of long recordings, recovery from provider errors, and Gemini Live as a real-time speech option. File transcription uses the configured provider; international processing tries AssemblyAI EU and can fall back to Vertex and OpenAI.
-
Desktop: sign in via the default browser and existing accounts; read, create, and edit local Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF files within an approved folder.
-
Documents and sources: better document exports and text extraction from protected PDFs that open without a password. For attachments without usable text, it is clearly stated why the source was not fully read.
-
AI-School administration: move staff, simplify bulk actions, and view e-learning progress more easily. Demo invitations give staff an individual trial period. Edu-V links and assistant sharing have been improved.
-
Models and usage: updated model catalog and more accurate usage and cost calculation.
-
Usability and maintenance: faster web and desktop interface, clearer loading status, customizable names for video attachments, refreshed websites and manuals, translation fixes, and dependency updates.
